At LYBY (Love Yourself Be Yourself), our mission is simple: We want you to feel confident and beautiful in everything you wear.

We understand that shopping online can be tricky, and sometimes something just doesn't fit the way you hoped. We want to make it right! As a small, curated boutique, we do not issue cash refunds, but we are happy to accept returns for Store Credit so you can find your true perfect match.

The Quick Details

  • Return Window: Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the date your package was delivered.

  • Compensation: Store Credit Only (sent via E-Gift Card).

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup/deodorant stains, and have original tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Send an email to lybyboutique.shop@gmail.com with your Order # and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Wait for Approval: We will reply within 24–48 hours with instructions and a Return Authorization.

  3. Ship It Back:

    • Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs.

    • First Time Shopper? If this is your first order with us, we will cover the shipping for your first exchange to make sure you find your size!

  4. Get Your Credit: Once we receive and inspect your item to ensure it is in original condition, your Store Credit will be emailed to you immediately.

What Cannot Be Returned?

To ensure quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • "Final Sale" items.

  • Jewelry & Accessories (For hygiene reasons).

  • Bodysuits or Intimates.

  • Items that show signs of wear, strong odors (smoke/perfume), or pet hair.

Defective or Damaged Items

We inspect every item before it leaves our store, but mistakes happen! If you received a damaged item, please email lybyboutique.shop@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Please include a photo of the defect, and we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Local Pick-Up (El Vado Plaza / Albuquerque)

Live in ABQ? Skip the shipping fees!

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

  • Orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours at our El Vado Plaza location.

  • Note: Local pickup orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.

SHIPPING

  • Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be process.

  • $8 standard shipping rate is applied to all orders under $100.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • LYBY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
